At Trix Luxe Hair, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality products. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We only accept returns if you receive the wrong wig or if your wig arrives defective or damaged.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the return process or send a replacement if necessary.
Note: Wig must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with lace uncut. Any product that has been worn, styled, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a return or exchange.
